Licence Policy
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates for both personal and client projects.
Prohibited Activities
You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Templates in any form, whether modified or unmodified, to third parties for commercial purposes.
Purchase and Refunds
Framer templates are digital products and being sold as is. Due to it's nature templates are not refundable. However, If you think you have a special case, feel free to contact.
Intellectual Property
The Templates and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the sole property of STFN. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Templates.
You may modify the Templates to suit your project's needs, but all modifications remain subject to these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
We provide the Templates "as is" and make no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall STFN be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Templates or Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
